Typical month-of coordination includes a central point of contact in communication with all vendors to confirm timelines within a 2-month period in addition to day-of coordination needs.


Do You Offer a Payment Plan?

Payment plans are not available at this time, however our fee schedule is simple to accommodate your needs.

A 50% non-refundable deposit (specific to package fee schedule) is due at initial booking. Remaining balance is due one week prior to date of scheduled event.

PayPal, Venmo, Zelle.

Cash and/or personal checks are also accepted.

*We cannot accept credit card payments at this time.


In the unfortunate event of canceled services incurred by Julia nuzzo-tuten for reasons including but not limited to illness, inclement weather, travel delays, or other emergencies: you as the client will have the option either to receive services by a referred alternative coordinator on staff or forgiveness of payment balance for full cancelation.

Cancelation of services incurred by a client for event cancelation or any aforementioned reason will result in forgiveness of payment balance.

If payment balance is not received one week prior to event date, the event will be considered canceled.
